These terms govern your use of the Wellness edit directory, operated by Third Acre Collective ("we", "us", "our") at edit.womenwellnessfest.com. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The Wellness edit is a free, curated directory of wellness experiences in Malaysia. We list experiences submitted by providers, review them before publishing, and make them discoverable to seekers.
We are a directory, not a booking platform. We do not handle payments, manage bookings, or act as an intermediary between seekers and providers. Any transaction, booking or enquiry you make is directly between you and the provider.
The Wellness edit is free to use. You don't need an account.
Listings are curated by our team but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by providers. We recommend verifying details — including pricing, availability, and location — directly with the provider before making any booking or purchase.
We are not responsible for any experience you book or attend, any payment you make to a provider, or any dispute between you and a provider.
By submitting a listing, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to decline, edit or remove any listing at our discretion, including if it does not meet our editorial standards, contains inaccurate information, or is no longer active.
Listing is free throughout 2026. We may introduce a small annual fee from 2027, which we will communicate in advance.
The Wellness edit name, logo, design and editorial content are owned by Third Acre Collective. You may not reproduce, distribute or use these without our permission.
Provider listings remain the intellectual property of the provider. By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote your listing content on the Wellness edit and associated Women Wellness Festival channels.
The Wellness edit is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or availability of listings or the site itself.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the directory, any experience you book through it, or any interaction with a provider. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, financial loss, or dissatisfaction with a listed experience.
Wellness experiences carry inherent risks. Always consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking any health, fitness or wellness program.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The Wellness edit is operated by Third Acre Collective (Malaysia). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the directory and its listing submission form.
From providers (via the listing submission form):
From seekers: We do not collect personal information from people browsing the directory. No account is required and no tracking cookies are used beyond standard anonymous analytics.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Submission data is stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database service. By submitting a listing, you consent to your data being stored on Airtable's servers, which may be located outside Malaysia. Airtable's privacy policy is available at airtable.com/privacy.
Email communications are handled via Gmail (Google Workspace). Google's privacy policy applies to email data.
We may use basic anonymous analytics to understand how people use the directory — for example, which intention categories are most visited. This data is aggregated and not linked to any individual. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Outbound links from listings include a utm_source=wellness-edit parameter so providers can measure traffic in their own analytics tools. This parameter is added to URLs on click and is not used by us to track individuals.

We retain provider submission data for as long as your listing is active. If you request removal of your listing, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
The Wellness edit is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated to active providers by email.
