For providers

A new way to get your experience found.

Everything you need to know about getting your experience in front of the right people.

What's in it for you

Get discovered. Keep everything.

There are plenty of ways to get your experience in front of people. Most of them cost you something — a cut of your bookings, a discounted rate, a monthly subscription. This one doesn't.

Visibility to a ready audience
The Wellness edit is built on the Women Wellness Festival community — wellness seekers who come here with intention, not to scroll. Your experience gets in front of the right people at the right moment.
No commission. No discounting.
We don't take a cut of your bookings. We don't ask you to discount your rates. Every booking happens directly between you and your client — we just make the introduction.
Free to list throughout 2026
We're building this out and we want you with us from the start. Listing is completely free this year — no catches, no strings.
What we're asking

List your experiences, not your studio.

We list what people can actually attend — a class, a session, a workshop, a retreat, a consultation. Not businesses, not brands, not venues.

You can list as many experiences as you offer. But each one gets its own submission. Here's why that's actually better for you: each experience attracts a different seeker for a different reason. A weekly pilates class and a monthly sound bath appeal to completely different needs. Listing them separately means each one gets found by exactly the right person — rather than one listing that tries to describe everything and ends up describing nothing clearly.

Why can't I just list my studio? A studio is a place. What seekers are looking for is what happens inside it. List the experience — the class, the session, the program — not the business behind it. That's what gets someone in the room.

The Wellness edit is open to wellness providers across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. If you offer an experience that genuinely supports someone's wellbeing — physical, mental, emotional or otherwise — you're welcome to submit. We don't require formal credentials, but we do review every listing before it goes live. If something doesn't meet our standards, we'll tell you why.

Ready to list?

How to get listed in three steps.

1
Fill in your details once
Your name, business, website and contact details. We store these and link them to every experience you submit — so you won't need to re-enter them when you come back to add more listings.
2
Tell us about your experience
What it is, where it happens, who it's for, how often it runs, and what someone can expect. The more detail you give, the faster we can review. A clear, honest short description is the most important thing — it's what a seeker sees first.
3
We review and come back to you
Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We aim to get back to you within 5 business days. Occasionally we'll reach out with a question — usually about which intention fits best, or to ask for a clearer description.
How it's organised

Built for discovery, not conversion.

Most platforms assume seekers already know what they want. They type "yoga KL," get 200 results, and pick whoever appears first. The best practitioners don't always win that game.

The Wellness edit works differently. Seekers start by asking themselves what they need — and then browse experiences that match that intention. By the time someone finds your listing, they're already in the right frame of mind for it. You're not competing with everyone — you're being found by the right person at the right moment.

The directory is organised around eight intentions:

Move
For when your body needs to be pushed, stretched or set free
Yoga, pilates, barre, run clubs, boxing, dance, hiking, cycling and more
Calm
For when the noise gets too loud
Meditation, breathwork, sound baths, yin yoga, reiki, float tanks and more
Restore
For when you need to be put back together
Massage, acupuncture, physiotherapy, facials, infrared sauna, IV therapy and more
Connect
For when you want to be around people who get it
Circles, walking groups, book clubs, support groups, mentorship programs and more
Learn
For when you want to pick up something new
Nutrition workshops, hormonal health, nervous system regulation, life coaching and more
Create
For when you need a creative outlet
Pottery, journalling, painting, cooking, batik, photography walks and more
Escape
For when you need a change of scenery and some time out
Wellness retreats, meditation retreats, hiking trips, forest immersion and more
Enhance
For when you want to optimise
Blood testing, gut microbiome testing, neurofeedback, red light therapy, longevity coaching and more

Some experiences sit naturally across two intentions — a run club is both Move and Connect, a silent retreat is both Calm and Escape. You can select up to two when you submit. When in doubt, lead with the primary reason someone would show up.

Once your listing is live, it appears at edit.womenwellnessfest.com — browse it yourself to see how seekers experience it.

If you manage the marketing

Yes, you can track it.

Every link from the Wellness edit to your website automatically includes a tracking tag — utm_source=wellness-edit — so you can see exactly how many visits, bookings or enquiries came from the directory. No setup required on your end.

In Google Analytics, find it under Acquisition → Traffic acquisition, filtered by source: wellness-edit.

We made it easy to see who's visiting your experience from the Wellness edit — if you're into that sort of thing.

FAQ

Questions we get asked a lot.

The Wellness edit is a curated directory of wellness experiences across Malaysia and Southeast Asia: yoga, sound baths, retreats, breathwork, workshops, movement classes and more.

It's organised by intention rather than category. You start with what you need (to move, to calm down, to restore, to connect, to learn, to create, to escape, to enhance) and the directory surfaces experiences that fit. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live.

The Wellness edit is part of the Women Wellness Festival ecosystem, built by the same team. It operates as its own product, open year-round, free to use for seekers and free to list for providers throughout 2026.

ClassPass is a great option for some providers. It's built around subscriptions and volume, and works well if that model fits your business.

The Wellness edit works differently. We don't handle bookings, take commission, or ask you to discount your rates. We help seekers discover your experience and point them your way. What happens next is between you and them.

If you're looking for a complementary way to be found, or a different kind of visibility, this might be it.

Yes, listing is completely free throughout 2026. From 2027 we'll introduce a small annual fee to cover hosting and maintenance. We're committed to keeping it accessible.

There's no commission on bookings and no algorithm you can pay to beat. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live and quality is the only entry requirement. The Women Wellness Festival works with sponsors and partners to keep the lights on. Where that's the case, you'll always know who they are.

We aim to review every submission within 5 business days. If we have questions (usually about which intention fits best or whether an experience meets our criteria) we'll reach out by email before making a decision.

We'll let you know by email and explain why. It's usually one of three things: the experience doesn't fit the directory's scope, the description needs more clarity, or we're unsure which intention applies. In most cases, a small adjustment is all it takes. You're welcome to resubmit once you've made changes.

Yes, and we encourage it. Each experience gets its own listing and its own chance to be discovered. There's no pressure to submit everything at once. Start with one, see how it goes, and add more when you're ready.

Many experiences genuinely span two intentions and that's built into how the directory works. You can select up to two. When in doubt, pick the one that best describes why someone would show up, then add the second if it genuinely applies.

If you're still not sure, just submit. Our review team will flag it and suggest the best fit.

Yes. Email us at hello@womenwellnessfest.com with any changes and we'll update it for you. We're working on a self-serve editing tool for the future.

Just email hello@womenwellnessfest.com and we'll take it down. No questions asked.

Every listing links directly to your experience page, which contributes a backlink to your website. As the directory grows and builds its own authority, those links become more valuable. It won't transform your SEO overnight, but it's a legitimate signal and it costs you nothing.

The Wellness edit is part of the Women Wellness Festival ecosystem, built by the same team. It operates as its own product, open to all wellness providers, not just those connected to the festival. Being listed here doesn't require any relationship with the festival, and vice versa.

Right now, we don't. Listing is free throughout 2026 while we build the directory and grow the seeker community. From 2027, we'll introduce a small annual listing fee to cover hosting and maintenance.

No commission, no algorithm that can be gamed. The Women Wellness Festival works with sponsors and partners, and where that affects visibility on the directory, we'll always make it clear who's a partner and why they're featured.

Honestly? Because we wanted something like this to exist and nobody was building it.

We're practitioners, community builders and wellness seekers ourselves. We wanted to know what was out there, all of it, not just what was paying for visibility. So we used our tools, our connections and our experience to build a space for that.

This is as much for us as it is for you.

It's a work in progress. We're tweaking as we go. But we trust this community and we want to bring you along for the ride.
